LOCAL

Thatcher’s Coffee is a locally owned business. We value local business relationships and strive to support local producers. We offer the very best in a way that is good for everyone. We choose ingredients that are sustainable, earth friendly and local wherever possible. This philosophy influences the way we do business, from the pastries we bake to the drinks we serve to the design and materials in our store. We serve Ristretto Roasters coffee. Their exquisite hand crafted coffee has been featured in The New York Times, Bon Apetit magazine and named ‘Best Coffee in the Northwest’ by food authors Jane and Micheal Stern.

SUSTAINABILITY

Thatcher’s offers eco-friendly paper products, compostable cups and composts all food waste & coffee grounds. These are just a few examples of our responsible business practices. We bake seasonal pastries from scratch using Shepherd’s Grain flour, sustainably harvested wheat from Washington & Oregon. We use only the highest quality ingredients. In order to avoid high-fructose corn syrup we make our caramel sauce fresh, from scratch. We do not use ingredients with artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

COMMUNITY

We work hard to support the community that supports us.  We donate resources to local organizations that help those living in our community.  Thatcher’s provides a gathering space for people to connect including a children’s area and a community events calendar.
